Hello all,
Not much happening
here since my last bit…We’ve been pretty busy with visitors from the states so
I’ve not had the time for practice or doing gigs lately. Also my mom got pretty
sick here, and between trying to take care of her, until the doctor could
stabilize her so my dad and I could send her back stateside to recover and get
the care she needs with some great friends of ours. She’s doing much better now,
Thank God!
Dad had a guy from
Texas come down on a mission trip
for 3 weeks. So dad was pretty busy getting Chris around and I was taking care
of my mom. While Chris was here we also met two guys visiting from
Arizona, Lloyd and Bruce, they were
all really great guys. I’m looking forward to getting to visit with them when we
go stateside.
Last week I did
another interview for
www.window2panama.com
for their new Spanish segment called “Amigos de Panama”. It’s a 30 min. show and
there are 3 of my songs on it as well, so even if you don’t understand Spanish
you’ll understand the music! HA! It should be posted today or tomorrow.
Right now we have an
evangelist friend visiting us to minister to the local churches. After he
returns to the states on the 26th I’ll be able to get back to my guitar
full time again….I’m looking forward to that!
This Thursday I’m
giving a concert at a school near the border to Costa Rica and Panama…..after
the concert they want me to give my testimony on how I learned how to play and
to have an open question session. I’m looking forward to that!
Well that’s about all
I can give you right now but it does look like I’ll be going stateside around
the end of September or early October and will be traveling to California,
Arizona, New Mexico, Nebraska, Tennessee, Indiana, Michigan, Massachusetts,
Georgia and Florida…so far. If anyone else wants to
